Our campus at Istituto Marangoni Miami is housed in a cutting-edge, 7-story building right in the center of the Design District. Every level is planned to meet the various needs of our students, offering them a space that fosters creativity and learning. Theory classrooms, photoshoot studio with cameras and props, an atelier for practical design work, and computer labs with industry-standard programs like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with Clo3D for digital design, are just a few of our vast resources.

The Miami Fashion Movement

Students from Istituto Marangoni Miami take center stage during prestigious fashion weeks around the Americas, an event known as the Miami Fashion Movement. The program offers students the exclusive chance to curate and show their own collections on runways throughout the world, including Miami Swim Week, Palm Springs, New York, Panama, Costa Rica, Argentina, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. Istituto Marangoni Miami offers an Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Fine Arts in the following disciplines: Fashion Design, Interior Design, Fashion Styling, and Fashion Business.
How do I apply for an undergraduate program?
To start with your application to our fashion school, the first step would be to fill out the online application. After you submit your online application, a detailed email will be sent to you with the documents you must submit. Once your student file is completed with all the admissions documents, the Academic Committee will review your application, and you will be notified within two weeks. If you have specific questions about the admissions process, we encourage you to book an appointment with our admissions representatives.
What are the admission requirements for Istituto Marangoni Miami Bachelor’s degree?
The requirements for admission to our undergraduate programs are: online application, ID, Resume, High School transcripts and diploma or GED, Personal Statement, Finance Statement, Portfolio (if applicable), and Interview (if applicable).
Can I transfer credits from another institution?
The transfer of credits evaluation is available at Istituto Marangoni Miami. To be eligible for a transfer evaluation, you must be an applicant at Istituto Marangoni Miami. Your transcripts must be official in order for the Academic Committee to determine how many credits can be transferred to the certain program you have applied for.
What is the duration of an undergraduate program at The Miami School of Fashion and Design?
The duration of an undergraduate program as a full-time student (successfully complete 30 credits per year) will be two years for an Associate of Applied Science degree and four years for a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
Are there any scholarship opportunities for undergraduate students?
Istituto Marangoni Miami does offer partial scholarships to new students applying for the year 2024/25.

We encourage students from the start to apply to internships or part-time jobs for them to be able to work in the industry and study at the same time. Students receive emails from industry opportunities exclusive to Istituto Marangoni Miami students and they are able to apply to those that align with their professional goals.
Are the SAT/ACT a requirement for the undergraduate programs at Istituto Marangoni Miami?
