We are excited to announce the second installment of the Silvia Tcherassi Scholarship, a partnership between one of Latin America’s most distinguished fashion houses, designed to open doors for exceptional students who demonstrate creativity, innovation, leadership potential, and academic merit. This year, it has been expanded to accept emerging creative talent from all Latin American countries. These scholarships are available for one-year intensive programs in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Fashion Business, and Interior Design at Istituto Marangoni Miami (IMM).

Eight scholarships will be awarded in total: four full-tuition (100%) scholarships and four partial (50%) scholarships. In addition to financial support, the four full scholarship recipients will participate in an exclusive professional training program led by Silvia Tcherassi and her senior executives, offering invaluable insights into the dynamics of a fashion brand.

*Scholarship covers tuition only. Recipients are responsible for housing, visa, transportation, and materials. Full scholarship recipients additionally receive professional training sessions with the SIlvia Tcherassi team throughout their academic journey.

Selected recipients will take part in a series of training sessions conceived as an integral extension of the Silvia Tcherassi brand’s commitment to shaping the next generation of creative talent. Each of the four (4) full scholarship recipients will participate in four (4) private individual sessions led by Silvia Tcherassi, alongside three senior executives of the brand.

Rather than instruction, the sessions propose a space for dialogue, one that reflects the discipline, vision, and standards inherent to the house. Areas of focus include:

• The history and evolution of the brand.
• Leadership and the stewardship of teams.
• The foundations of building a brand with identity and purpose.
• The development of collections from concept to execution.
• Organizational structure and long-term vision.
• Cohesion across departments as a driver of excellence.

Through these sessions, recipients will gain not only insight, but a deeper understanding of the balance between creativity and structure—an essential foundation for enduring relevance in the global fashion landscape.

The Silvia Tcherassi Scholarship is a highly selective initiative aimed at identifying and
supporting exceptional emerging creative talent. To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be a National of Latin America (LATAM): The scholarship scope has widened to
  support and nurture emerging designers and professionals across all Latin American
  countries.
• Meet IMM Admission Requirements
• Apply to a One-Year Intensive Program: Eligible programs include Fashion Design,
  Fashion Styling, Fashion Business, and Interior Design at IMM.
• Demonstrate English Proficiency: Applicants must provide a valid certification
  (IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, or EF SET) showing a minimum B2 English proficiency.
• Submit Required Documentation: Depending on the program, your admissions
  representative will give you further guidelines with regards to specific project and
  document assignments.

Provide Additional Application Materials: Applicants must submit a 500-word personal
statement in English explaining the concept behind their collection, a résumé, a valid
passport, English test results. We also recommend submitting your portfolio.
