Keanan Dufty

Dean of Executive Courses

He is an award-winning British fashion designer and the author of Rebel Rebel: Anti-Style. Duffty earned a BA in Fashion from Central Saint Martins, London. In 2007 Duffty became a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America and his collections have been shown at New York Fashion Week from 1998-2010. Duffty has collaborated with Reebok, Gola, and Dr Martens on co-branded collections and has served as Design Director for Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B, John Varvatos, and Ben Sherman. Duffty collaborated with David Bowie and was the stylist for the prestigious 2016 CFDA Board of Directors Tribute Award to Bowiel, with original costumes by Kansai Yamamoto and Donatella Versace. From 2017 to 2023 Duffty served as Director of Fashion Programs and founded the Masters in Fashion Management program at Parsons School of Design in New York. Duffty created the Kyiv Art and Fashion Days NY event during New York Fashion Week in September 2022, bringing six prominent fashion designers from Ukraine to New York to present their collections at the Mastercard Tech Hub in New York City.

Eyan Allen

Graduate Program Leader

Eyan Allen, a British designer in fashion and interiors, completed studies at the Royal College of Art. With over 24 years of professional experience, he has overseen creative teams internationally for well-known brands such as Puma, Nike, and HUGO BOSS. His designs have been showcased in German VOGUE. He went on to hold the role of Creative Director for leading fashion labels in China. In 2020, he established EWA CREATIVE consultancy and currently holds a position as a full-time professor at Istituto Marangoni Miami.

Nathalie Tessier

Fashion Business Program Leader

Nathalie Tessier, who initially studied fashion design in Paris, shifted her focus to the business aspect of the industry, playing a key role at Celio and Sud Express. While at Celio, she oversaw global collection launches and launched Dooble, a modern menswear label. During her time at Sud Express, she handled marketing and human resources for 80 retail locations. Furthermore, Tessier gained experience as a partner in a trading company located in Shanghai. Throughout her career, she supported aspiring professionals and instructed fashion courses for 16 years, including at Istituto Marangoni.

Roxana Frontini

Fashion Business Professor

Roxana (Rox) Frontini specializes in teaching students about efficient marketing project management, incorporating strategies for achievement. With experience in developing global businesses in media, fashion, music, and creative sectors, Roxana possesses adept troubleshooting abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset that she brings to every session. Her proficiency lies in employing data-informed and exceptionally innovative marketing techniques, utilizing technology and forward-thinking approaches to drive meaningful profitability and business expansion.

Alessandro De Pestel

Fashion Business Professor

With 24 years of expertise, Alessandro has been a trailblazer in digital marketing and brand value in various markets and industries. As the former Chief Marketing Officer at Under Armour, he oversaw all marketing activities. Alessandro also served in high-level positions at Tommy Hilfiger Global/PVH Europe, Christian Dior Parfums, and Omega Watches, driving international coherence and promotional plans for advancing product goals and projects.

Matthew I. Growney

Fashion Business Professor

Matthew Growney is a prominent figure in luxury brand investment and creative direction. He provides brand consulting services across different industries, specializing in creating unique event experiences such as Art Basel. In his role at PUMA, he manages partnerships and leads product advancement. In addition to his business ventures with Rudyard Partners, Matthew is involved in charitable work, including serving on advisory boards and fundraising for organizations like the Miami Symphony Orchestra and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He is an alumnus of Michigan State University and New England School of Law in Boston. His role in the Master’s in Fashion Management program gives an innovative perspective to the competitive landscape of fashion communications.

Juanita Crary

Fashion Styling Program Leader

Graduated from Universidad de Los Andes, Juanita Crary is an experienced Fashion Stylist and Journalist skilled in photography production, advertising, writing, and PR. Her Colombian background provides an international experience to students only adding to her importance at Istituto Marangoni Miami. As an influential and accomplished arts and creative professional, Juanita has had a history of working in the entertainment industry with top names such as Rolling Stones Magazine, Avessa Magazine, Anthropologie, Caracol TV, and with artists like Maluma and others. Juanita is now a full-time Program Leader at Istituto Marangoni Miami shaping the future styling professionals.
