The Fashion Business “Communicating Luxury” Level 4 comprehensively explores brand image management, integrating theory and practical application. It covers various aspects such as brand communication strategies, luxury business models, visual merchandising, value marketing planning, green marketing, and fashion communication through PR and events. The curriculum also includes a final project to apply learning in real-world scenarios, preparing students to develop bespoke business plans and websites for the luxury market.

In the Fashion Business Level 4 program, students gain a thorough understanding of luxury principles and their application in the modern industry. This level covers marketing research, green marketing, and sustainable practices in fashion. It also delves into the importance of public relations and events in shaping the industry. Through an original business project, students apply their knowledge practically, fostering innovation and entrepreneurial skills. The program also emphasizes the role of Point-of-Sales (POS) as a communication medium and evaluates different visual merchandising strategies. These outcomes complement the foundational levels of the One Year Vocational Program, preparing students for successful careers in fashion business through tailored coursework and experiential learning opportunities.

Not only do students gain valuable practical experiences and insights, but they also expand their networks through our networking events. Situated in the lively Design District, our Istituto Marangoni Miami campus is in a seven-story building designed to meet students’ requirements and facilitate a conducive learning and innovative environment. Our amenities include personalized classrooms, an advanced photography studio, a design workshop, and computer labs with popular software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Clo3D for digital design. How To Apply
How To Apply

If you are interested in applying to our Vocational Program in Fashion Business, Level 4, the first step is to schedule an appointment with an admissions representative. To apply to this level directly, you must have a portfolio review by our  Academic Committee or have completed all previous program levels. Once completed, a detailed email will be sent with instructions on how to proceed with your registration: document submission and visa application, if applicable. International students will have further assistance throughout their visa solicitation process with our Designated School Official (DSO). Once your registration has been completed, you will receive instructions about housing options, orientation, and more.

CURRICULUM

In the fashion business “Communicating Luxury” level, students explore brand image management and communication strategies in luxury business models. The curriculum focuses on developing skills for creating personalized business plans and luxury market-specific websites. Born and raised in the German countryside, Annette Felder lived in Amsterdam and traveled through Europe and India before studying at London’s Central St. Martins College of Art and Design. After graduating from St. Martins in 2006, Annette co-founded the fashion brand Felder Felder together with her twin sister Daniela Felder, which won them an on-schedule slot at London Fashion Week, New Gen awards for three consecutive seasons and a nomination for the prestigious British Fashion Awards. In 2014, Annette and Daniela dedicated their brand to showcasing positive solutions for a more responsible business model within the fashion industry. Steering away from seasonal collections and wholesale, they shifted their focus to vegan, responsible textile innovations and bespoke production, avoiding overproduction and wastage. Individuals interested in our fashion business courses must be 18 or have a high school diploma. While prior experience in fashion business is not mandatory, an enthusiasm for creativity and knowledge is crucial.
How Do I Enroll in the Vocational Programs?
To begin your enrollment process in our programs, arrange a meeting with our admissions staff to discuss program details and requirements. Following this discussion, you can submit your online application, with the USD 1000 registration fee deducted from the total tuition. Alongside your application, you will be required to provide the following admission documents: identification, a resume, an English test, a bank statement, and a sponsor letter, if necessary. You will receive comprehensive guidance via email following the meeting with your admissions specialist, who will guide you through the process.
Can international students join the 11-Week Programs provided at Istituto Marangoni Miami?
Yes, International students can enroll in the 11-Week level course. We provide the M1 visa for international students. Our Designated School Official will guide you through the process.

Can I enroll in Fashion Business Level 4 without completing the previous levels?
Individuals interested in joining the fourth level of the fashion business course must have finished levels 1, 2, and 3. However, those with significant industry experience can enter level 4 through a portfolio evaluation. The Academic Committee can award exemptions after evaluating the candidate's portfolio.
